Method
Chill
Start with water straight from the fridge — CO₂ dissolves far better cold, so the sparkle lasts longer.
Carbonate
Fill the NOVO bottle to the line and give it 3 firm presses for an intense, lasting fizz.
Pour & finish
Pour over ice and add a wedge of lemon or lime if you like. That’s it.

Tip
For the sharpest bubbles, keep both the bottle and the water in the fridge between rounds, and carbonate just before serving.
