Sparkling Cold Brew
Smooth cold brew, woken up.
Ingredients
- 180 mlCold brew concentrate
- 420 mlFiltered water, chilled
- 1–2 tspSimple syrupOptional
- to fillIce + lemon peel
Method
Combine
Mix the cold brew concentrate with chilled water in the NOVO bottle. Add simple syrup if you take it sweet.
Carbonate
Two firm presses for a high, soda-like fizz that cuts the coffee’s body.
Serve
Pour over ice and finish with a twist of lemon peel.
Bottom-up advantage
Carbonating coffee from the top foams the crema into a mess. From the base, the CO₂ dissolves cleanly through the brew — fizz without the froth.
Tip
Use concentrate rather than ready-to-drink cold brew so the carbonated water doesn't dilute the flavour. Keep it cold for maximum fizz.
